




At **Levain**, we are looking to bring on board a person with experience, leadership skills, and a service-oriented mindset for the **Barista** position—responsible for managing the service area operations, preparing beverages, and coordinating staff under their supervision, ensuring a high-quality experience for every customer. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare coffee-based beverages. * Provide direct, professional customer service. * Coordinate and supervise service area staff activities. * Operate the cash register, perform cash reconciliations, and monitor daily sales. * Supervise service area inventory and assist in requisitioning supplies. * Open and close the service area. * Coordinate orders and deliveries with delivery personnel. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Report operational incidents and results to Management and Administration. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school or equivalent. * Minimum experience: 1 year preparing beverages and providing customer service.
