Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to manage operational staff, set objectives, organize workflow, and drive continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Operational staff management and incident administration. 2. Establishment and achievement of daily/weekly/monthly objectives. 3. Continuous pursuit of process improvement. Vianney is seeking a Process Engineer Gender: No preference. Education: Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year. Responsibilities: - Management of 20–40 operational staff members (including incident administration). - Establishment and achievement of daily/weekly/monthly objectives, and communication of these objectives to employees. - Workflow organization through assignment of responsibilities and preparation of schedules. - Management of human and material resources, and pursuit of continuous process improvement. - Availability to rotate shifts.
