Identifying, contacting, and following up with qualified prospects **GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION** At MUZARA, we are looking for a professional focused on **capturing business opportunities for our clients**. Our **Lead Generation Specialist** will be responsible for executing digital **prospecting and outreach** actions targeting potential customers previously defined within the ideal customer profile for each brand we manage. Their mission will be to **identify, contact, and follow up with qualified prospects** via digital platforms such as **LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp**, with the goal of **redirecting qualified leads to our clients**, enabling their sales teams to close conversions. This role is critical as the final link in our marketing strategies for **real business opportunities**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute **proactive (push) outreach strategies** to potential customers. **Identify and prospect profiles aligned with the ideal customer profile of each brand.** Establish contact with prospects via **LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels**. * **Draft and send** personalized commercial outreach messages. **Continuously follow up with interested prospects.** * Qualify leads **to ensure they meet the target customer profile.** * Schedule **sales meetings or quotation requests** for our clients’ sales teams. * **Maintain updated records and tracking of prospects.** Collaborate with MUZARA’s strategic team to optimize lead generation campaigns. * **Propose improvements to prospecting, follow-up, and conversion processes.** **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Graduate in Communications, Business Administration, Business Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * Interest in marketing, sales, and business development. * **Excellent written communication skills.** * Ability to research and analyze profiles. * **Proactivity in initiating conversations with prospects.** * Organizational skills and timely follow-up. * **Ability to detect commercial opportunities.** * Results-oriented mindset. **DESIRED SKILLS** * Proficiency in **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** or similar prospecting tools. * **Experience in lead generation or business development.** * Basic knowledge of **digital marketing.** * **Experience using CRM systems or prospect tracking tools.** **WHAT WE OFFER?** ** Employment under the “assimilated to salary” regime with biweekly payment.** ** Transportation support if commuting to offices.** ** Computing equipment support.** ** Travel benefits through MAP agency.** ** First three months as a probationary period.** If this resonates with you and you’re interested, please send your CV to contacto@muzarase.com and we’ll gladly review your profile.
