Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.** **About the Role** We’re looking for a process\-driven and strategic **HR Talent Acquisition Operations Lead** to oversee and elevate our global TA Ops function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, multi\-country environments and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead a team of TA Operations Specialists across LATAM and India, ensuring high\-quality service delivery and scalable processes. Acting as a key connector between internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll drive efficiency, resolve bottlenecks, and contribute directly to our broader FBS goals. **What You'll Do** ### **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate and develop a team of Ops Specialists based in Latam and India, ensuring high performance and service quality. * Act as the main point of contact to resolve delivery blockers with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Analyze and improve current TA workflows, including candidate screening and interview scheduling. * Oversee and continuously improve post\-offer HR processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability. * Identify, design, streamline and implement process optimization and automation. * Own and manage optimal access and usage of HR platforms. * Maintain structured and updated process documentation. * Implement and monitor operational KPIs and propose data\-driven improvements. * Partner with HRIS teams to implement automations tools. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing with the team.
