**AMG Supervisor****What you’ll do:*** Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem\-solving * Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions * Develop and lead high\-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline * Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high\-performing production environment What is required:* Experience \& Education: 4–6\+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience; Automotive Tier 1 and exposure to safety\-critical environments preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, production KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY), quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO), and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans), with familiarity in shop\-floor systems and data analysis * Additional Requirements: Proactive, curious, and improvement\-oriented mindset, with English proficiency (written and verbal) What’s in it for you:* Attractive compensation package * Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. * Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
