




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, organize invoices, and ensure material supply and supplier payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages negotiations and quotations with suppliers. 2. Manages document control and supplier payments. 3. Tracks purchase orders and ensures timely deliveries. Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field. Flexible working hours. Knowledge: Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure Commercial system Main Activities: • Request quotations and negotiate prices. • Organize supplier invoices and record accounts payable. - Track material procurement. - Ensure suppliers deliver within the agreed timeframe. - Monitor purchase orders and their current status. - Administer and maintain procurement document control (purchase orders, purchase records, etc.). - Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
