




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement processes, including price negotiation, delivery tracking, and procurement documentation administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages quotations, negotiates prices, and organizes supplier invoices. 2. Ensures material supply and timely delivery from suppliers. 3. Administers and maintains documentary control of procurement. Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field. Flexible working hours. Knowledge: Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure Commercial system Main Activities: • Request quotations and negotiate prices. • Organize supplier invoices and record accounts payable. - Monitor material supply. - Ensure suppliers deliver within the agreed timeframe. - Track purchase orders and their current status. - Administer and maintain procurement documentation control (purchase orders, purchase records, etc.). - Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
