Residence within the region and willingness to travel to stores. **Experience in 360-degree management of multiple branches and direct responsibility for achieving all KPIs in retail or self-service environments. People management (over 25 employees) and knowledge of key processes (shrinkage, sales, inventory turnover, mystery shopper). Valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-performance teams with a focus on employees' personal and professional growth. Manage operations of multiple business units as if they were your own venture, ensuring control and continuous improvement of operational metrics (sales, turnover, shrinkage, service). Ensure excellent customer service at every store, conveying the organizational culture. Collaborate with support departments (Human Resources, Procurement, Auditing, IT Systems, Labor Relations, Suppliers). Develop strategies for employee retention and customer service promotion.
