Job Summary: Manage the inbound and outbound flow of merchandise, ensuring its proper receipt, storage, and organization for availability on the sales floor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the inbound and outbound flow of merchandise. 2. Ensure proper storage and organization of merchandise. 3. Receive and manage merchandise, scan items, and reconcile with the shipping guide. * Manage the inbound and outbound flow of merchandise, supervising compliance with receiving and shipping standards, and ensuring merchandise reaches the sales floor on time and in good condition. * Ensure merchandise is properly stored and organized to facilitate location and access. * Verify, together with the area leader responsible, the dates, times, and quantities of merchandise to be received from CEDIS and suppliers. * Receive and manage merchandise, scan each carton (HU), and reconcile with the shipping guide. Execute merchandise transfer orders. * Consolidate receiving discrepancies and communicate them to the inventory leader for follow-up and resolution. * Knowledge of workplace safety tools and measures. * Enter purchase orders and invoices into the SAP S4 system for direct supplier receipts at the store. * Administer and complete necessary documents and reports for missing or damaged merchandise receipts.
