




Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on branch facilities and equipment to ensure their proper operation and respond to service requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Responding to maintenance service requests 3. Ensuring proper operation of equipment and systems Responsibilities: *Inspect daily-use areas within branches to perform preventive maintenance. *Conduct branch visits according to operational needs. *Respond to maintenance service requests from the business unit. *Repair plumbing, electrical, or refrigeration systems as required. *Perform civil maintenance for the business unit. *Ensure equipment is in suitable condition for operation. *Provide guidance on proper equipment maintenance. *Respond to maintenance-related requests from managers concerning the business unit and equipment care. *Assist with minor repairs related to general maintenance, furniture, and facilities. *Assist with corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to the scheduled plan. *Document defects and submit corresponding progress reports.
