Responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment through incident analysis, implementation of preventive programs, staff training, and compliance with regulations. Your work directly contributes to employee well-being and achievement of plant operational goals. A day in the life of this role: * Prepare accident reports to identify areas for improvement. * Design and implement preventive safety programs. * Train personnel on current regulations and internal procedures. * Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5's and Gemba Shindan. * Conduct verification walkthroughs at the plant (SES, F\-PES, SAI, certifications). * Present monthly objective results using the TQM system.
