Comprehensive human resources management and recruitment. **Join the Most Pro Team!** **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST AGS\-SLP** By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection of operational and commercial staff (competency-based interviews). * Experience in personnel administration, processing terminations, and implementing disciplinary measures. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Ability to effectively solve problems. * Excellent customer service skills. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and commercial staff across branches in Aguascalientes and SLP. * Conduct competency-based interviews. * Conduct onboarding orientation for new employees. * Obtain employment references from qualified candidates. * Manage employee files and contracts. * Track contract renewals and signings. * Administer and monitor personnel incident and movement processes. * Address and resolve labor-related incidents, employee inquiries, and personnel-related requests. * Process resignation letters / issue final settlement payments. **We Offer:** * IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation benefits. * Monthly tax-free salary of MXN 17,000. * Monthly food vouchers worth MXN 1,320. * Monthly performance bonus of MXN 2,000. * Weekly payroll. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM.
