Coordination with Human Resources and risk prevention **Job Opening: Assistant Labor Lawyer** **Location:** Aguascalientes, Ags. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in handling and following up on labor matters of the group. * Prepare labor legal documentation, such as employment contracts, agreements, administrative minutes, and legal filings. * Follow up on procedures before labor authorities. * Support in handling labor disputes and negotiations with employees. * Follow up on administrative or legal proceedings related to labor matters. * Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure compliance with labor regulations. * Compile and maintain labor case files and legal documentation. * Support in developing legal strategies for labor risk prevention. * Keep updated records of labor procedures and matters of the group. **Position Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law * Experience: 1 to 3 years in labor law. * Experience in preparing legal documents and following up on labor procedures. * Preferred experience in corporate companies or the automotive sector. **Key Competencies** * Legal analysis * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Conflict resolution * Handling of confidential information * Teamwork **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Salary: $15,000 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Life insurance. * Opportunities for growth and development within a solid automotive group.
