




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely payroll payments while fulfilling all legal and administrative obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages comprehensive payroll processing, ensuring timely payments and legal compliance. 2. Handles incidents, registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. 3. Prepares settlement documents and coordinates payment disbursement with Treasury. At Grupo AgroAg SA de CV, we are looking for a **Payroll Coordinator** We seek a key individual to ensure every employee receives their correct and timely payment while meeting all organizational legal and administrative obligations. **Position Objective** To comprehensively process and manage payroll, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments, as well as compliance with labor and social security obligations. **What will you do in this role?** * Execute payroll calculations (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) accurately and on schedule * Manage incidents: overtime, disabilities, vacations, absences, bonuses, and incentives * Administer registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS, SUA, and IDSE * Calculate and file obligations such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Prepare settlement documents, liquidations, and savings fund controls * Generate payroll reports, payroll registers, and weekly budgets * Coordinate payment disbursement with Treasury * Ensure payroll receipt stamping, signing, and secure archiving * Participate in annual closings: year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and audits * Maintain up-to-date personnel information and affiliation movement records **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required) * +2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll calculation * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Essential proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Buk, Workday, etc.) * High numerical accuracy and strong organizational skills **Desirable:** * Experience managing high-volume payroll or multiple incident types * Experience administering variable incentives (productivity, bonuses, etc.) * Experience in operational companies (fieldwork, production, etc.) * Focus on process improvement or payroll digitalization **We Offer** * Full statutory benefits * Competitive salary * Weekly salary payments * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * 10% food vouchers * 11% savings fund contribution * Life insurance Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,000.00 \- $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
