Job Objective To supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial cafeteria, guaranteeing compliance with processes, quality standards, production control, and effective team leadership. Main Responsibilities * Supervise high-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Control production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Resolve operational incidents promptly. * Ensure order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines.
