Ensure quality and safety standards Prepare, execute, and lead the installation of exhibition booths and display projects, coordinating the work team to ensure assembly quality, on-time completion, and a positive customer experience. Main Responsibilities: - Execute preparation, assembly, and disassembly of exhibition booths and structures for trade shows and events in accordance with Xpo Sedde standards. - Coordinate and supervise the operational team under your supervision (installers and assistants) for each project. - Develop the daily work plan, assigning clear tasks to the team. - Ensure each team member clearly understands their role and responsibilities. - Supervise the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. - Resolve on-site contingencies promptly and effectively. - Maintain constant communication with Sales, Graphic Production, and Warehouse departments. - Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards. - Train and guide less-experienced installers (Levels B, C, and assistants). - Participate as the first screening step in interviews for installation assistants. Proven experience in assembling: - Exhibition booths (exhibition system, Maxima, and custom) - Displays and point-of-purchase (POP) fixtures - Use of manual and electric tools - Basic electrical knowledge (110V installations) - Experience working at trade shows, events, or similar installations - Experience coordinating work teams both in workshops and on-site.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education - Professional Technical Education 3 years of experience Age: between 38 and 45 years Knowledge: Installations, Materials, Design Trends Driver's License: Class B Willingness to travel: Yes
