Job Summary: Telephone management of non-payment portfolios, customer recovery, and account retention, with a focus on objection resolution and persuasion. Key Highlights: 1. Customer recovery and collection of overdue invoices. 2. Handling objections, persuasion, and empathy in collections management. 3. Paid training and indefinite-term contract. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Achieve objectives for first-invoice non-payment portfolios and/or buckets defined by central strategy. Retain first-invoice non-payment accounts through telephone management of 100% of assigned portfolios. Manage Early-Stage portfolios of unlocated customers and/or those refusing payment, as assigned by central collections. Responsible for the Early-Stage portfolio from day 25 to day 56 of delinquency. Frequently report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment (e.g., missing invoice, unaware of payment methods, etc.). Document customer interactions in Google Drive / Excel sheet / Dashboard. Responsible for Early-Stage NPPF (Non-Payment of First Invoice) management and metrics from day 25 to day 119 of delinquency. Preventive account portfolio work. What Do We Require From You? Age: 23 years or older. Education: Completed high school (verifiable). Experience: Minimum 6 months in call centers, collections, marketing, customer recovery, sales follow-up, verbal fluency, objection handling, and customer service. Skills and Competencies: Recover customers for the company and collect payments for overdue invoices. Objection handling, persuasion, persistence, patience, empathy, information analysis, working under pressure, attention to detail. What Do We Offer You? Base salary: $11,000 gross monthly, paid biweekly. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekends: alternating Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Sundays are remote). 1-hour lunch break. Statutory benefits. Bonus contingent upon goal achievement.
