





**GENERAL POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Support the attraction, evaluation, and selection of required talent for different restaurant areas (operational, administrative, and managerial), ensuring the hiring of qualified, committed personnel aligned with the organizational culture, thereby contributing to service excellence and talent retention. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Post job openings on digital platforms and social media, maintaining employer brand image. * Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates according to established profiles. * Coordinate interviews with area leaders and follow up on hiring processes. * Participate in talent attraction strategies (job fairs, school partnerships, networking, etc.). * Support the administration and analysis of psychometric or technical tests when required. * Update candidate databases and reporting. * Develop recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, effectiveness, early turnover). * Collaborate in onboarding processes and follow-up with new hires. * Prepare employee files, ensuring all legal and personal documents are complete. * Propose improvements in candidate attraction and experience strategies, continuously seeking new sources and methods for talent acquisition. **KNOWLEDGE** * Digital recruitment and employment marketing (LinkedIn, OCC, Computrabajo, social media, etc.) * Competency-based interviews; identifies behavioral and technical skills aligned with the position * Job description and profile development * Turnover indicators and time-to-fill metrics * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and hiring procedures **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * **Assertive Communication:** Communicates clearly and empathetically with candidates and area leaders * **Talent identification skills**, ability to attract and evaluate candidates suited to the dynamic, service-oriented environment of the restaurant industry * Analytical skills * Teamwork\-Socialization ability * Sensitivity to detect cultural “**fit”** with the organization * Adapts to changing requirements or hiring peaks during high seasons * Honesty * Internal customer service attitude * Commitment\-Task completion * Proficiency in digital recruitment tools **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree or technical career in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years in recruitment, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Experience with payroll systems (Nomipaq, COI, etc.), intermediate Excel, Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site
