POSITION: FIELD SALES ADVISOR REQUIRED PROFILE * EDUCATION: Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree preferably in marketing and administration, COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL. Valid driver's license (required) * GENDER: Indistinct. EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year in face-to-face and telephone executive sales, account executives in contact centers, inbound calls, PROSPECTING AND BUSINESS RELATIONS, effective follow-up and sales closures, GENERATION AND CAPTURE OF DATABASES. (1 year) KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, telephone sales, customer service, prospecting, handling objections, conflict resolution, and sales closing techniques. COMPETENCIES: Excellent spelling and writing, initiative, tolerance to pressure and frustration, listening skills, service attitude, empathy, teamwork, commitment, and results-oriented. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospect companies, municipalities, or specialized organizations to identify opportunities for potential agreement signings. * Promote the educational offerings in public and private institutions with existing agreements, contributing to achieving off-campus enrollment targets. * Conduct commercial follow-up and outreach through various communication channels so prospects learn about the access center model and educational programs. * Participate in business events and fairs to gather database information that increases the number of access center groups. * Clearly, reliably, and promptly communicate academic offerings of interest to prospects to prevent early dropout or abandonment. * Share data of interested students with academic services to register them in the Campus Solutions system, ensuring a database for tracking students on academic and payment matters. * Store database information obtained from informational sessions held at companies or institutions for future prospecting, achieving effective customer portfolio management. * Guarantee the formation of complete class groups for each cycle at the assigned campus.
