Universidad 1301, Los Bosques, Aguascalientes **Company:** Grupo Agroag **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **or** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM At **Grupo Agroag**, we seek an **Organizational Development Manager** who drives talent growth, strengthens organizational culture, and leads strategic training, performance, and change management projects. If you are passionate about developing people, structuring processes, and creating real organizational impact, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Organizational Development. * **Mandatory:** Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development projects. * Create and follow up on Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Implement onboarding processes and Training and Development plans. * Conduct organizational diagnostics, workplace climate, and culture analyses. * Implement satisfaction, performance, and engagement surveys. * Coordinate change management, leadership, and internal communication programs. * Develop and apply competency and performance measurement tools. * Analyze metrics and generate reports to support decision-making. * Design organizational structures, succession plans, career paths, and nine-box matrices. * Coordinate institutional events. **Key Skills** * Planning and organization * Data analysis and interpretation * Effective communication * Leadership and influence * Results orientation * Change management * Collaborative work **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Weekly payroll * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for professional development and growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
