* Prepare equipment quotations based on policy and consumables procurement. * Receive and process invoices for equipment and software. * Quote mobile telephony equipment. * Ensure proper control of annual license renewals. * Identify possible causes of failures in connections and/or hardware device components. * Perform and track Windows OS installation and support processes, command-line operations, and user assistance. * Fully carry out preventive maintenance of computer equipment. * Keep the computer and network equipment inventory up to date. * Keep software/firmware updates for equipment and printers current. * Promote communication and resolve issues inherent to internal customers’ operations. * Validate the operation of voltage regulators. * Validate UPS operation / battery replacement. * Maintain strict control over maintenance of communication towers. * Resolve infrastructure and computer equipment failures. * Regularly validate the proper functioning of CCTV.
