Application of industrial safety standards and teamwork. **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime. **Education:** \- Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering **Requirements:** · 2 to 5 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. · Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and automation. · Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools. · Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. · Familiarity with safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** · Inspection and adjustment of plasma, laser, and oxy-fuel cutting machines. · Maintenance of MIG, TIG, and arc welding equipment. · Inspection and calibration of welding robots (if applicable). \- · Diagnosis and repair of presses, bending machines, and rolling machines used in structural fabrication. · Adjustment and lubrication of mechanical and hydraulic systems. \- · Diagnosis and repair of electric motors, frequency inverters, and control panels. · Supervision and adjustment of sensors, PLCs, and automated systems. · Prevention and resolution of failures in the plant’s electrical distribution systems. · Maintenance of air compressors, overhead cranes, and elevators. · Verification of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. **Skills:** · Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and electrical faults. · Proficiency with measurement and diagnostic tools. · Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. · Application of industrial safety standards. · Teamwork with production and quality departments.
