DESCRIPTION Grupo Calidra, a leading company in its sector, is currently seeking an Electromechanic with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Aguascalientes. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional committed to achieving results and continuously improving our processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively contribute to achieving operational objectives by proposing and implementing process improvement actions related to maintenance and operations. * Ensure strict compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations governing your work area and plant processes. * Execute the preventive maintenance plan, including equipment lubrication according to specified requirements and frequencies. * Diagnose and analyze root causes of failures and operational issues in electromechanical equipment and installations. * Carry out commissioning of installations and equipment, ensuring their correct and safe operation. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date daily reports and logs of performed activities, documenting services and interventions. * Perform screen mesh replacements and other component changes as required by the maintenance plan. * Participate in corrective maintenance execution, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. * Collaborate in optimizing resources and materials used in maintenance tasks. * Maintain a high safety standard across all operations and procedures. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions, preferably within industrial environments. * Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanical systems, and machinery maintenance. * Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of electromechanical diagnostic tools and equipment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility. * Problem-solving orientation and decision-making capability. * Availability to work scheduled shifts and, if necessary, respond to emergencies. **Desired Skills:** * Knowledge of control and automation systems. * Experience operating cranes and lifting equipment. * Certifications in industrial safety or machinery operation. * Basic welding knowledge.
