




Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting, measuring, and verifying the quality of products (peaches and grapes) to ensure compliance with internal standards, including personnel supervision and proper execution of daily activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality inspection and calibration of equipment 2. Supervision of Good Manufacturing Practices and fruit quality 3. Coordination of personnel for daily activity execution Perform inspection, measurement, and quality verification of selected and packed products, ensuring compliance with internal standards: (D1 INS 003) Internal Peach Standard, (D2 INS 001) Internal Grape Standard Main Functions Verify and/or calibrate quality inspection equipment: thermometer, refractometer, penetrometer Check and record refrigerated chamber temperature and humidity Verify chlorine spraying and dosage in equipment Supervise implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices Verify fruit diameters Sample defective fruits for rejection Inspect packed boxes Weigh cardboard boxes containing fruit Coordinate personnel for proper execution of daily activities. Authorize disposal of critical fruit.
