Leadership, teamwork, and administrative skills **Project:** Residencial Plus **Location:** La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico (Mandatory requirement: must reside in the area or its vicinity) **Reports to:** Senior Project Manager Job Objective Serve as the **on-site responsible party** for comprehensive coordination of the construction project, contractors, and suppliers. Your role will be critical in contract monitoring, reviewing payment estimates, managing invoices, preparing weekly and monthly construction reports, and strictly tracking the construction schedule. Concurrently, you will perform field supervision during the construction phase for foundation, structure, civil works, masonry, and finishes, ensuring that project execution complies fully with all specifications and design criteria. Education and Requirements * **Education:** Professional degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * **Desirable – Specialization (Courses or Diplomas):** Construction Management, Construction Procedures, Construction Supervision, or related fields. * **Experience:** In-depth knowledge of the construction industry for real estate projects (residential, commercial, office, hospitality, retail, or similar). Functions, Tasks, and Responsibilities * Coordinate internal project staff, as well as contractors and suppliers. * Timely monitor contractors’ and suppliers’ adherence to activities and schedules. * Conduct technical review of payment estimates for structure, architecture, civil works, masonry, and finishes for corresponding payment and invoicing. * Collect and interpret on-site information to develop scheduled executive reports (weekly and monthly). * Actively participate in technical and site meetings, following instructions from the Project Leader. * Actively participate in, comply with, and contribute to the Company’s objectives, policies, regulations, and instructions.
