**EL VERDE RECYCLER** We are a Mexican company dedicated to the recycling of non-ferrous metals and aluminum ingot manufacturing. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SALES ADVISORS** Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Design strategies to increase sales volume and profitability. * Prospecting new clients and markets. * Propose and execute follow-up actions to improve customer satisfaction survey results and reduce customer complaints. * Present market and customer data analysis to the Commercial Management. * Ensure compliance with sales department procedures according to current QMS criteria. * Promote the company's competitive advantages in industry-appropriate commercial spaces. * Maintain communication lines between company departments and customers. * Propose innovations in sales methodology and commercial relationships. **Requirements:** * Partial or completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. * 2 years of experience in client prospecting. * 2 years of experience in automotive, hardware, metals or related sales. * Availability to travel. **We Offer:** * Weekly payment. * Base salary plus commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund.
