**Vacancy: Construction Manager – Railway Tracks** **Location:** Mexico City (or as per project) **Area:** Construction / Railway Project **Position Type:** Full-time / Permanent **Reports to:** Operations Director / Projects Director **Job Description** We are seeking a **Construction Manager with experience in railway projects** to lead, plan and supervise the execution of railway infrastructure works, ensuring quality, safety, adherence to schedules and financial targets of the project. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating technical and field teams, optimizing resources and ensuring compliance with applicable national and international standards for railway works. **Key Responsibilities** ✔ Oversee the comprehensive execution of railway and auxiliary works. ✔ Coordinate on-site supervisors, resident engineers and contractors. ✔ Monitor physical\-financial progress and schedules. ✔ Ensure compliance with safety, quality and railway regulatory standards (AREMA, SCT, NOM, UIC, etc.). ✔ Manage relationships with clients, authorities and suppliers. ✔ Prepare and present technical and executive reports. ✔ Control budget, resources and materials to achieve project goals. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction or related field** (degree preferred). **Minimum 5–8 years’ experience** leading infrastructure or railway construction projects. Experience in planning, construction control and schedule management. Knowledge of railway track regulations and best practices. **Leadership and effective communication skills**.
