The ideal candidate must have experience in mass recruitment processes and knowledge of the security personnel profile. Responsibilities: * Manage **recruitment and selection** processes for security personnel (guards) * Post job openings on various employment platforms and social media. * Verify documentation * Follow up on the **hiring and onboarding process**. * Meet vacancy coverage targets within established timeframes.
