Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Safety Officer with experience in retail construction projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, preventing hazards, and guaranteeing safe working conditions for all personnel. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions on site **Position: Construction Safety Officer** **Company:** Lusan de México **Location:** Rincón de Romos **Job Description:** Lusan de México is seeking a **Construction Safety Officer** with experience in retail-type construction projects, responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations on site, preventing hazards, and ensuring safe working conditions for all personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with safety regulations on site. * Implement and monitor safety and hygiene programs. * Conduct safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Prepare safety reports and incident tracking records. * Train personnel on safety topics (5-minute safety talks). * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions on site. * Comply with applicable regulations (STPS, current NOMs). **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a safety officer on construction sites, preferably on retail-type projects. * Knowledge of safety regulations (NOM-031-STPS and related standards). * Availability to work on site. * Proactive, responsible, and leadership-oriented. * Education: Technical or Engineering degree in a related field (preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * On-site housing. * Assignment to new projects.
