Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** **General Objective:** * Help maintain the required quality standards for AguP products. * Ensure all products under responsibility are controlled throughout all stages of production according to Bosch design standards and customer specifications/requirements. * Provide feedback to other departments within AguP. * Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions together with other AguP departments. * Effectively manage assigned resources. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Lead internal quality issues and provide full support on customer quality problems. * Ensure correct implementation of engineering/process changes on responsible lines using Bosch change management procedures. * Control areas of Non\-Conforming Material (identified during process or returned by customer), define proper disposition, and ensure correct execution. * Implement corrective actions / Participate in IQIS teams. + Establish and document effective containment activities. + Document applied corrective actions. + Validate/verify that corrective actions are effectively implemented and executed. * Coordinate activities for hourly associates classified in AguP/QMM2\. + Product Audit Area Management. + Non\-Conforming Material Control. + Teardown Analysis. + Process and Product Audits. * Develop inspection instructions for new models based on FMEA process and Control Plan. * Develop Inspection Test Methods for new devices together with AguP/MFE and AguP/QMM6\. Ensure they meet minimum Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) requirements. * Review and approve operation instructions (HOTE’s) developed by AguP/MFE. * Support special production runs; for example: PTRs, Run @ Rates, Prototype Builds, as required. * Keep quality documentation updated for lines/products under responsibility (e.g., Control Plan, DCS, ITM, etc.). * Develop, review, approve, and effectively implement Quality Alerts. * Develop and implement systematic improvements derived from organizational strategies. * Ensure proper quality planning in New Product Launches. * Other activities as identified by management. **Requirements** **Position Profile:** a) Education Level: Completed Engineering degree. b) Language: Advanced English. c) Years of Experience: 4 years. **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
