**Main responsibilities:** * Maintain constant communication with drivers, traffic supervisors, quality personnel, and authorities when necessary, providing timely responses to requests and addressing unexpected situations en route. * Responsible for channeling information across various departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Generate tracking reports, arrival and departure logs for vehicles, and records of events occurring during the shift. * Monitor vehicles in real time using GPS platforms (satellite tracking). * Verify compliance with authorized routes, estimated times, and approved stops; detect and report speeding, equipment deviations, prolonged stops, unauthorized activities by the company, and any irregularities. * Activate security protocols in response to risk or emergency situations (collisions, theft, route deviation, cargo-related incidents). * Responsible for monitoring routes and vehicle performance to ensure delivery efficiency and punctuality. **Desired qualities:** * Proactive and capable of working under pressure. * This position is on-site and requires availability for flexible hours, including weekends. * Rotating shifts: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, 00:00–08:00. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
