Join the MR SUSHI team as a Management Assistant. Key Responsibilities Support the manager in daily operations supervision: restaurant opening/closing, staff scheduling, and service flow. Manage ingredient inventory (fresh fish, rice) and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. Handle customer complaints empathetically, resolve issues promptly, and enhance satisfaction. Monitor daily sales and prepare basic reports. Handle cash register operations and shift closings, including reconciliations. Provide support in key operational areas—including the sushi bar and kitchen—when service needs require it. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in restaurants and food handling. Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and customer service. Proficiency in Excel and point-of-sale systems. Flexible availability for work hours. Must be of legal age.
