Your role will be pivotal in driving robust organizational processes and fostering a culture grounded in respect, communication, and continuous development. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field** (a humanistic or educational focus is desirable). * **Minimum 3 years** of experience in talent or human capital management. * Experience in: * Recruitment and selection * Training and development * Organizational climate and culture * Performance evaluation * Labor relations * Skills in active listening, assertive communication, conflict management, and planning. * Desirable: specialization or diploma in Human Talent Management or Organizational Psychology. **Key responsibilities** * Coordinate **recruitment, selection, and onboarding** processes for staff. * Design and implement **organizational climate and culture strategies** to strengthen coexistence and sense of belonging. * Develop and execute **training, development, and continuous improvement plans**. * Oversee administrative processes within the department (contracts, incidents, IMSS, documentation). * Facilitate communication and support among leadership, coordinators, and staff. * Promote internal practices of occupational well-being and human development. **We offer** * A **positive, human-centered, and development-oriented work environment**. * Continuous training and genuine opportunities for professional growth. * Integration into a solid educational institution grounded in values and social commitment.
