Our products—present across a wide range of domains—contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** **Objective**: * Design, develop, and implement digital and automation solutions that optimize administrative and operational processes, improve organizational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and deploy software applications (web, desktop, or cross-platform) aimed at automating administrative and support processes. * Design, integrate, and maintain systems for acquiring, transforming, and analyzing data from diverse sources (SAP, databases, files, APIs, forms, etc.). * Develop digital solutions that reduce operational time, human errors, and repetitive workload in areas such as Finance, HR, Logistics, Security, Quality, and Administration. * Research, adopt, and apply emerging technologies for automation, software development, and data analysis. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to understand requirements, map processes, and propose value-generating digital solutions. **Specific Tasks:** * Design and develop cross-platform applications for acquisition, modeling, visualization, and management of administrative and operational data. * Collect, extract, and store relevant data from multiple systems (SQL databases, SharePoint, SAP, structured/unstructured files, internal APIs). * Create scripts, services, or automated pipelines to move, clean, and standardize data. * Use analytical tools (statistics, visualization, KPIs) to identify optimization opportunities in administrative processes. * Build dashboards and visual interfaces to communicate key metrics and analysis results. * Develop and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation) to eliminate repetitive tasks (data entry, validations, reporting, reconciliations, etc.). * Document developed processes, workflows, and solutions to ensure continuity and maintainability. * Work closely with key users to gather requirements, validate prototypes, and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions. * Stay current on automation technologies, development frameworks, and best practices in software engineering. * Comply with internal guidelines on security, hygiene, data protection, and applicable legal regulations. **Requirements** **a) Minimum Education Level:** * Engineering degree (or equivalent). **b) Preferred Specialization:** * Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **c) Languages:** * Advanced English (ability to understand technical documentation, participate in meetings, and communicate results). **Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** **Technical Experience** * Proven experience as a Full-Stack software developer, preferably in corporate or industrial environments. * Development and integration of RESTful services and APIs. * Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, C\#, JavaScript, or equivalent languages). * Experience designing and querying SQL databases (complex queries, modeling, optimization). * Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, KNIME, or similar). * Experience or familiarity with web application development (React, .NET, Node.js, or other Full-Stack frameworks). **Desirable Knowledge** * Azure / Intermediate (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.). * Basic knowledge of microservices and distributed architecture. * Foundations of AI and machine learning models (fundamental concepts, classification, regression, pipelines). * Basic concepts of Industry 4\.0, automation, digitalization, and industrial information flows. **Personal Competencies** Positive and proactive attitude, oriented toward problem-solving. * Responsibility and commitment to work quality. * Results-oriented mindset, with ability to prioritize and execute. * Sense of urgency and ability to work under clear objectives. * Teamwork and collaboration with multifunctional areas. * Ability to communicate with non-technical users and translate operational needs into digital requirements. * Conflict management and negotiation skills in dynamic environments. * Analytical thinking and structured process orientation. * Continuous learning, openness to adopting new tools and technologies. * Ability to document, standardize, and maintain digital solutions. **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
