




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with experience in Human Resources, Procurement, and general administrative functions to support various internal operations. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional role in administration, HR, and procurement. 2. Comprehensive management of personnel files and internal documentation. 3. Supplier tracking and procurement process monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, HR, and procurement activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection. Collecting, reviewing, and entering attendance-related incidents (e.g., absences, leaves, vacations, disabilities) for preliminary payroll preparation. Personnel file creation and control. Preparation and tracking of internal HR documentation. Preparing, receiving, and tracking supplier invoices. Requesting quotations and monitoring procurement activities. Tracking purchase orders and material deliveries. Controlling and archiving procurement- and invoicing-related documentation. Supplier communication and support. Assisting with general administrative tasks within the department. Work Location: Northern part of the city, near Pocitos and UAA.
