Collaboration in key human resources activities Estratia Human Capital is seeking: · Job Objective Provide support in the safe and timely transportation of personnel via minibus, as well as assist in operational recruitment activities to ensure timely vacancy coverage. Education Incomplete bachelor's degree or completed high school diploma Valid federal driver's license required Experience 2–3 years of verifiable experience driving minibuses or personnel transport vehicles. Experience with local routes and highways. Desirable: experience supporting operational recruitment activities or fieldwork. Knowledge Traffic regulations and road safety. Familiarity with the city and industrial zones. Microsoft Office suite and computer equipment. Job board and social media platforms. Main Responsibilities Safe transportation of candidates and operational staff. Operation and safeguarding of assigned vehicle. Daily verification of mechanical conditions and cleanliness of the minibus. Support in flyer distribution, online job postings, and loudspeaker announcements. Transportation to job fairs, recruitment booths, and outreach locations. Assistance in initial interviews and candidate follow-up. Collection of documents and preparation of candidate files.
