Management and safeguarding of the assigned vehicle Estratia Human Capital is seeking: · Job Objective Provide support for the safe and punctual transportation of personnel using a minibus, as well as collaborate in operational recruitment activities to ensure timely vacancy coverage. Education Incomplete bachelor's degree or completed high school diploma Valid federal driver's license required Experience 2–3 years of verifiable experience driving minibuses or personnel transport vehicles. Experience with local routes and highways. Desirable: experience supporting operational recruitment activities or fieldwork. Knowledge Traffic regulations and road safety. Familiarity with the city and industrial zones. Microsoft Office suite and computer equipment. Job board platforms and social media. Main Responsibilities Safe transportation of candidates and operational staff. Management and safeguarding of the assigned vehicle. Daily verification of mechanical conditions and cleanliness of the minibus. Support in flyer distribution, online job posting, and loudspeaker announcements. Transportation to job fairs, recruitment booths, and outreach locations. Assistance in initial interviews and candidate follow-up. Collection of documents and preparation of candidate files.
