Management of SUA, IDSE, and receipt stamping. **Payroll / Pre-Payroll Analyst** A retail-sector company is looking for a **Payroll / Pre-Payroll Analyst**, responsible for ensuring accurate integration, validation, and calculation of payroll incidents to enable timely and precise employee payments. **Job Objective** Ensure correct execution of the pre-payroll and payroll processes, complying with tax and labor regulations, minimizing errors, and guaranteeing confidentiality in information handling. **Responsibilities** * Integration and validation of payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, bonuses, commissions). * Preparation and review of pre-payroll. * Weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation. * IMSS personnel movement control (registrations, terminations, modifications). * Management of SUA, IDSE, and receipt stamping. * Handling employee inquiries and clarifications. * Personnel file control and regulatory compliance. **Requirements** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. ✔ Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in payroll and pre-payroll. ✔ Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and payroll tax procedures. ✔ Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. ✔ High attention to detail and strict confidentiality. \* Willingness to relocate \* Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–06:00 PM; Saturdays **Key Competencies** * Organization and precision * Numerical analysis * Sense of urgency * Responsibility and professional ethics **We Offer** Competitive salary, statutory benefits, and job stability.
