Req ID: 76933 **Description** --------------- Responsible for keeping production equipment operational and continuously monitoring failures that could jeopardize production continuity; developing improvement projects; and demonstrating leadership capability to manage an area and coordinate personnel assigned to it. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Perform and submit daily reports on relevant activities. Conduct shift handover, reporting pending tasks to be completed. Coordinate with the manufacturing team on key priorities. Analyze major recurring failures and propose improvements to eliminate them. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc. Two years of experience operating electronic component cutting equipment. **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- * Proficiency in computer equipment for report generation. * Ability to identify technical failures in equipment. * Ability to handle mechanical tools. * Advanced knowledge of electrical circuits. * Advanced knowledge of pneumatic circuits. * Use of measurement instruments: MULTIMETERS, VERNIERS, FORCE GAUGES, and VIBRATION METERS. * Knowledge of saw-based cutting mechanisms. * Knowledge of sensors. * Basic knowledge of vision systems. * Teamwork. * Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance procedures. * Tracking process modifications and improvements. * Training of personnel. * Leadership.
