Work location: Providencia, Guadalajara Monday to Friday \| 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. $12,000 monthly net \+ statutory benefits **Your mission:** Ensure every online order is processed accurately and on time, maintain up-to-date information, and collaborate with the warehouse as required by operations. **Your responsibilities:** ✔ Validate orders and data ✔ Register orders in the system ✔ Track each stage of the order process ✔ Report inconsistencies ✔ Support picking during periods of high demand (e.g., Mondays with high volume) **Ideal profile:** * Completed high school education * Basic digital skills * Basic English reading proficiency * Organization, speed, and responsibility * Teamwork and proactive attitude
