




**Solar Panel Installation Leader** **Experience and Required Knowledge** * Photovoltaic power generation. * Electrical installations in medium and low voltage. * Interpretation and application of regulations: NOM 001 SEDE 2012, NOM 022 STPS, NOM 017 STPS. * Operation of standard vehicles, utility vans, cargo trucks, and cranes. * Use of cutting, welding, fastening tools, and energy measurement equipment. **Job Objective:** Install work orders on time and accurately, avoiding errors and meeting delivery deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain an updated inventory of solar panels and electrical materials. * Prepare site survey reports with a descriptive technical memo indicating the technical parameters required to comply with current electrical installation standards. * Generate material lists necessary for project execution and submit purchase requisitions for items not available in stock. * Carry out commissioning of completed projects, including measurements, installation inspection, and internet system configuration. * Responsible for operation and maintenance of already installed systems. * Meet and respect specified delivery timelines. * Supervise all installation tasks performed by the installation team. * Take care of work tools, as well as the assigned van or vehicle. **Benefits:** * Work schedule * Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm * Salary: $20,000 to $22,000 net monthly pesos * Uniform and identification badge provided.
