Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** The Data Analyst with a Sales Service Focus is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing key information to support business decision-making. This role combines analytical skills with internal customer service, providing operational support to the sales area through reporting, performance indicator tracking, and basic documentation management using Office suite tools. **Your Impact** As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities would include: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to generate commercial and operational reports. Developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate monitoring of sales area results. Providing direct support to the commercial team for information requests and customer tracking (onboarding, offboarding, and modifications). Maintaining up-to-date databases for customers, products, sales, and opportunities. Maintaining a healthy inventory of mobile devices and printers. Preparing periodic reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for internal presentations. Identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in sales behavior. Following up on customer requests and coordinating communication with relevant departments. Supporting automation or simplification of processes using basic Office suite tools. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** **Education** Academic background in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields. **Experience** Experience in data analysis, commercial support, or customer service. Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and maintain clear communication with commercial teams.
