We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for an incubation plant located south of the city. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and directing daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and quality across all processes. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high production and service standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with other shifts to ensure smooth operations, managing inventory, and overseeing compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. You must report any irregularities and propose solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise proper cleaning of equipment and chick transport boxes Inspect hatchery and incubator machines Report any anomalies identified during your shift Prepare required reports Respond to alarms when they sound Supervise staff performance, ensure staff are accustomed to working under pressure, and willing to rotate shifts as needed.
