




**\-Supervisor\-** ***Education:*** Technical degree, completed high school, incomplete college degree ***Responsibilities:*** Carry out the supervision process of units with full adherence to the proposed schedule and established formats and tools. Address areas related to image, displayed advertising, and evidence of compliance with monthly bulletins. Monitor the achievement of goals and contests. Conduct in-person evaluations of the sales process. Compile evidence from the supervision process in physical and/or electronic format. Conduct a comprehensive semester evaluation of identified training-related opportunity areas in sales with unit staff. Develop and implement a training calendar according to the needs and availability of each unit. Establish the topics to be covered in each training program. Determine the profile of the person or entity responsible for conducting the training process. Develop the annual events program per unit and identify their requirements. Establish a framework of commercial strategies addressing the identified opportunity areas within the units. Replicate successful commercial practices across all units.
