Position Summary: This position ensures achievement of production, logistics, and quality objectives while promoting efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through operational leadership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure production, logistics, and quality objectives. 2. Lead and coordinate Logistics, Production, and Maintenance teams. 3. Promote continuous improvement and resolve operational issues. The position's objective is to ensure fulfillment of production, logistics, and quality objectives, safeguarding the efficiency and profitability of the production process as well as meeting customer needs. Provide leadership and teamwork support across operational areas including Logistics, Production, Warehousing, and Maintenance. Establish necessary conditions for continuous improvement of the company's production processes. Resolve problems and delays arising during the production process. Ensure required testing is conducted to verify product quality. Establish and manage the preventive maintenance program for equipment and machinery. Supervise warehouse raw material inventory levels to meet production plans. Coordinate periodic reviews of raw material inventory. And other duties inherent to the position.
