Position Summary: We are seeking an industrial cafeteria supervisor with experience in team coordination, cost management, inventory control, and knowledge of food safety regulations. Knowledge of food handling regulations and standards Experience in supervising an industrial cafeteria within a company, teamwork, coordination of activities with cooks and general assistants, proven experience as a supervisor in the food industry, knowledge of applicable food handling regulations and standards, experience in cost and inventory management, placing orders according to schedule, managing staff incidents, and other related duties. The cafeterias are located south of Aguascalientes; having a personal vehicle for commuting is preferred. Salary is negotiable.
