Driving customer experience strategies We are seeking a BRANCH MANAGER to support the overall restaurant operation by supervising and leading staff to ensure the branch's daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include organizing and managing team schedules, reviewing and administering inventory, implementing measures to reduce shrinkage, participating in staff training and recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role requires executing and monitoring branch operational and administrative processes, ensuring achievement of operational and sales KPIs (average ticket, shrinkage, productivity, and staff turnover), driving strategies to increase average ticket, optimizing resources, resolving operational and administrative issues, and enhancing the customer experience—contributing to the restaurant's growth and profitability.
