Leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Italian-line company seeks WAREHOUSE MANAGER **Objective:** Manage, control, and supervise the receipt, storage, preservation, and supply of raw materials, ensuring inventory accuracy in coordination with accounting and finance, as well as compliance with safety standards and timely availability for production. **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in: Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. **Experience:** · 3 to 5 years in raw material warehouses. · Experience in inventory and personnel management. · Manufacturing industry experience required. · ERP system knowledge for warehouse operations. **Technical Knowledge:** Inventory control, ERP system usage, FIFO/LIFO, warehouse KPIs, industrial safety, forklift operation, intermediate/advanced Excel. **Skills:** Leadership, organization, planning, working under pressure, effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** Inventory accuracy, production requisition fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, inventory discrepancies and shrinkage, receipt and stowage time, audit compliance, warehouse accidents/incidents. **Competencies:** **Organizational Competencies:** Results-oriented.
