




**Position Objective** Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the university’s facilities and residential area, ensuring proper infrastructure operation, compliance with safety protocols, and timely response to received requests. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in masonry, carpentry, painting, waterproofing and warehouse management. * **Specialized Knowledge:** Quality processes and ISO certifications. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Manage work orders, ensuring their proper assignment and follow-up. * Coordinate operational staff and suppliers for maintenance tasks. * Diagnose failures and supervise their appropriate and timely repair. * Recommend procurement of necessary supplies and materials. * Provide support in specific tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Monitor the physical condition of houses and institutional facilities, ensuring their proper maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with safety protocols during work activities. * Verify adherence to working hours and internal regulations. * Guarantee timely and proper handling of maintenance requests from residents or administration. * Supervise that work meets established quality standards. * Prepare reports on maintenance compliance indicators and the internal system. * Ensure efficient use of resources and supplies.
