Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the workload of technicians in the continuous improvement workshop, in addition to administrative duties. **Specific Tasks:** * Manage the continuous improvement workshop. * Manage the Idea Management system. * Support the magnet exchange center. * Support continuous improvement training and workshops. * Support standard time studies and line support. * Support production line improvements. * Identify, stop, and immediately report to your immediate supervisor any unsafe activity or condition that may endanger personnel, machinery or equipment, the environment, or facilities. **Qualifications** **Position Profile:** a) Minimum Education Level: Completed Bachelor’s degree. b) English Language: Basic. c) Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years.
